You heard what I said.

If you follow any popular holistic teaching for female health, you probably don’t have sex on your period (this allows for the downward moving energy required for a healthy menstruation to flow uninhibited).

If you’re currently trying to conceive, then you’re definitely not even bothering to have sex on your period.

What’s the point? According to FAM, and a basic understanding of female physiology, it's virtually impossible to get pregnant on your period (unless you have a short Follicular Phase and fertile cervical fluid is present during your bleed.)
