As always, I’ll be exploring this topic from my treasury of personal experience and observation, as well as many years of study—both formal and informal—in order to illuminate a pathway closer to Earth-based medicine. These musings are not intended to provide medical advice or instruction.

I realize I didn’t get into “balancing” (or rather, replenishing) minerals through food and herbs themselves, which of course can be done! There is a lot of noise out there about what to eat and you’re probably already aware of the trending diets, so I prefer to focus on some core lifestyle contributions that need to be considered in order for food (of any kind) to be healing.
